Information Concerning the Processing of Personal Data
						
in accordance with provisions made by item 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 pertaining to the Protection of personal data, we here by inform you that:
personal data provided will be used for the sole purpose of fulfilling the aim of the contract undertaken; in particular processing will focus on the carrying out of administrative, commercial, accountancy and taxation issues;
the providing of data is not compulsory, although refusal to do so and to agree to data processing may prevent those involved from carrying out tasks provided for by law and from fulfilling obligations included as per contract;
the personal data you provide will be “correctly and lawfully processed”, as provided for in item 11;
processing may be performed using electronic and/or automatic systems accessible only to authorised persons in accordance with provisions made by the Privacy Law and particularly by Technical Regulations governing Minimum Safety Measures  - Enclosure B of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003;
data may be disclosed to:
service agencies, data processing companies, accounts/tax consultants as well as to those involved in the controlling and supervising of the correct performance of the abovementioned tasks;
staff and collaborators in charge of data processing pertaining solely to the services requested, all concerned will be duly informed of and trained as to measures to be taken to protect privacy;
the collaboration of third parties with whom agreements have been drawn up with the specific aim of ensuring the safety and protection of data entrusted to the same, under no circumstances will be data be used other than for the abovementioned purposes;

at any given time you are free to exercise your rights with regard to data processing by the controller, in accordance with item 7 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003, as reported faithfully below:

Right of access to personal data and other rights

1. A data subject shall have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him exist, regardless of their being already recorded, and communication of such data in intelligible form.

2. A data subject shall have the right to be informed:
a) of the source of the personal data;
b) of the purposes and methods of the processing;
c) of the logic applied to the processing, if the latter is carried out with the help of electronic means;
d) of the identification data concerning data controller, data processors and the representative designated as per Section 5(2);
e) of the entities or categories of entity to whom or which the personal data may be communicated and who or which may get to know said data in their capacity as designated representative(s) in the State’s territory, data processor(s) or person(s) in charge of the processing.

3. A data subject shall have the right to obtain
a) updating, rectification or, where interested therein, integration of the data;
b) erasure, rendering anonymous or blocking of data that have been processed unlawfully, including data the retention of which is unnecessary for the purposes for which they have been collected or subsequently processed;
c) certification to the effect that the operations as per letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom or which the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected.

4. A data subject shall have the right to object, in whole or in part,
a) on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, where it is carried out for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or else for the performance of market or commercial communication surveys.
