Please, note that countries in the Schengen Treaty have started implementing the VIS system. In some countries (including the US) and in some cases, this means that applicants may need to appear in person for the collection of the biometric data: ten fingerprints and a photograph are collected from persons applying for a visa.
We recommend that you get in touch with the Italian Consulates abroad and plan your trip in advance!
A letter of invitation can be obtained from the Organizing Committee for the purpose of the VISA request (or for other purposes) by directly contacting the Organizing Secretariat at email@example.com. The letter will be sent to you by E-mail as a PDF file.
The Registration Desk will be open 30 minutes prior the beginning of the Congress and will close 30 minutes after the end of the scientific sessions.
Badges will be given to all participants upon their check-in at the registration desk and will be requested to attend the scientific sessions. Different type of badges will be given to the participants depending on whether they reside at Forte Village or not.
Certificate of attendance will be available on request at the end of the Congress at the registration desk.
The Organizing Secretariat cannot accept responsibility for accidents or damage to participants or accompanying persons before, during or after the Congress. Participants are urged to make their own arrangements with respect to travel and health insurance.
